Tips of the Trade
Want to do business in Curaçao? Here's some advice to help you get started:
The easiest way to enter the market is to nominate a local representative to help you become established.
Apply for a director's permit if you're not using a local representative.
Your first order of business is to set up a limited liability company.
Also apply for a work permit and a residency permit. Dutch citizens are exempt from this regulation, but must notify the relevant authority and request a residency permit.
